The Holliston native and professional net-minder Mike Condon stopped by Wrap Solutions the other day to get his Ford Truck wrapped. Mike is an experienced professional, playing for the Ottawa Senators, Montreal Canadiens, Pittsburg Penguins, Tampa Bay lightning and currently the Syracuse Crunch. Mike is one of the leagues quickest goal keepers and is known for his fast reflexes and reliability. with a career goals allowed average of ~2.7, Mike can can assure that whatever team he plays for is in good hands. It is rewarding to give back to these players and we were excited to upgrade his truck into a monster!
Mike got his start at Belmont Hill here in MA, and later played puck for the prestigious Princeton University. Mike proved to be a brick wall of a goalie with fast reflexes and high hockey IQ. His presence elevates any team he is on and we definitely felt that here at Wrap Solutions. It was a pleasure meeting him, talking to him about hockey and his aspirations as a professional. Mike reminded us at Wrap Solutions that just cause you got the job, it does not mean the job is done. There is always work to do and we can always continue to elevate our craft and the environment around us.
I loved seeing the look on his face when we transformed his truck! The boost in esteem and connection created in the process is truly priceless, and we strive to achieve that with every wrap. I enjoyed talking to Mike about hockey and specifically the goalie position. He offers a fresh perspective and backs up his character with hard work. He acts as an anchor for any team he’s a part of, and inspires people to do their best. We definitely felt that way at least!
