Congratulations on your new venture and welcome to the Interim HealthCare family!

Here, you will find an order form and design examples for your reference. As part of your new franchise agreement, you’ll be obtaining a vehicle which is to be wrapped with the “First in Home Care” design. We’ll be the provider of the vinyl graphics for the wrap.

We will also work to identify a local installer in your area. We will work with you to adjust the graphics to fit any type of car. However, it is recommended you visit the Vehicle Wrap Q&AS section of ORCA (ORCA/Preferred Vendors/Vehicle Wrap/Q&A) to review all the specifications corporate have set up.

We will need the following in order to get started with your order:

• Download and email the completed order form which includes your local office phone number to jill@wrapsolutions.net
• Pictures of all four sides of the vehicle also need to be emailed to jill@wrapsolutions.net

Once we have the order form and pictures, we will draft a proof for your review/approval as well as the final quote for the wrap and the location of the installation. The price depends on the vehicle type and the color, but typically, it starts at $1375 for a partial wrap and increases from there. At the time of design approval, we will require a credit card number for payment so we can put the wrap into production (the price includes the wrap, install, shipping & taxes). Depending on the type of vehicle, this process could take up to 5-7 business days. The process in total takes about 2-3 weeks depending on response times and install availability. PLEASE NOTE IN SOME RURAL AREAS OR DURING BUSY WRAP TIMES (SPRING AND FALL IN PARTICULAR), there may be a further delay for the installation. All correspondence will be replied to within 24 hours. Please note: no charges will be made to your credit card until the proof is approved by you and an installation date has been chosen.
